LOL good stuff, we're gonna have to get out here once all this shit thaws off.  Ain't gettin into Casparis for a while with 40in of snow, plus drifts deeper than that up there supposedly haha.

Got it finished up today.  Have alot to do yet.
Monday I should be wiring the winch, swapping the tire rod for a ZJ one, installing front skid plate, installing temp TJ flares, and trying to get the air out of the power steering pump/box.
Steel and rear bumper stuff should be here next week.  Then I can get started on the boat sides and rear bumper/carrier.

The water pump lost all the gasket so a new gasket and water pump went in.  No more leaking!

Made some progress tonight.  Heading back in the morning to finish prep.  Long arms and stiffeners should be on by Monday evening.

Got one side done.  These things are a BITCH to get off.

Cut out the rockers

Placed the slots for the supports.  The 5"x3" isnt there yet obviously and the angles on the supports need cut.

Stiffeners and long arms are on.  You can see the bolts I had to use to pull the frame rails to the stiffeners.

Good Stuff buddy, questions, in that kit, that crossmember, it replaces your stock crossmember?  The reason I ask is for the frame stiffeners, are they cut out to work with the stock crossmember?  If I was puttin them on my stock xmember setup would I have to drop the xmember put the stiffeners on, then bolt the xmember back up?  I really want to do these stiffeners this summer.  Also did you have to screw with your brake and fuel lines running down the drivers unirail or do the stiffeners not interfere?

The Claytons cross member replaces the stock cross member.  There are holes for the crossmember studs but if you run the long arms you can not just bolt it on.  It MUST be welded as well.  You have to remove the crossmember to put the stiffeners on.  Its only 8 nuts though.  Support the oil pan or TC with a jack and take it off.  The stiffeners do not wrap around to the inside of the frame so you dont need to mess with any of the lines running along it.  Any other questions?   :neener:

Plan on at least a weekend.  It took me about 50 hours total to get them on.  But remember my frame rails were beat to hell.  I also had the floor out or who knows if they would have ever got on.
